Orders and formation of contract
Orders are confirmed by email after payment. The contract is formed once you receive that confirmation.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown on the payment page. We neither handle nor store card details.
Delivery
Orders ship from Finland. Estimated times and costs:
- Finland — 2–4 business days
- Europe — 4–8 business days
- Rest of world — 7–14 business days
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the item. Tell us by email at management@djseben.com before the deadline expires.
Return the item unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of that notice. We refund the payment, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer, within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, contact us by email. Consumers retain their statutory rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Disputes
Please contact us first. If the matter is not resolved you may contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) or refer it to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
Finnish law applies to the contract.
