This notice explains what personal data the store collects, why we process it, and the rights you have. Processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process

Only what is needed to fulfil an order:

  • Name and email address
  • Delivery address
  • Order contents and total
  • Payment transaction reference

We never handle card details

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; they never pass through this site and are never stored by us.

Legal basis

  • Fulfilling your order: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Accounting records: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), Finnish Accounting Act)

Who receives the data

We use the processors below. We do not sell or rent personal data.

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — site hosting
  • The carrier handling your delivery

Transfers outside the EU

Stripe and Vercel may process data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.

Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Data stored in your browser

Your cart is kept in your browser's localStorage so it survives page loads. It is never sent to us and is not used for tracking. The site runs no analytics and sets no marketing cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Request erasure where the law allows
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent you have given

If you believe processing is unlawful you may complain to the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
